MOTA MOWEEDO
Ponchos, Spruce Tip splash, or spritzer
1 lime juiced
1 tsp sugar (optional)
club soda
fresh mint
**Mint sprigs muddled with sugar and lime juice. Add ice, spash or spritzer, and club soda, garnish with fresh mint. Enjoy!

BLUEBERRY PONCHITO
1 Cup water
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 Cup fresh squeezed lime (about 10 limes)
Poncho Splash, Spruce Tip Splash or Blueberry Spritzer
*Add water and sugar into a saucepan over low heat stir until sugar dissolves. Add 1/2 cup blueberries, turn off the heat, let sit while you are squeezing the limes. Add the lime juice to the sugar blueberry water then strain into a glass pitcher, with a spoon press all the juice from the blueberries in the strainer. Place ice cubes, Splash and Blueberry Ponchito mix in a shaker. Shake, pour and serve over ice.
